DODMETS question

I have a quick question about DODMETS and the process... My DODMETS account has been updated as "Completed" for the past 11 business days and have not gotten any info about updates. I tried calling the CIV team to perhaps see where my process was at, no luck. I know we are not in normal times, but how long to process through DODMETS? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something?
 
I think it sat at "completed" for a couple weeks for my DS. Lots of conversation about this in the DoDMERB thread - if you search "DoDMETS" you might find some that are helpful - I think this is a frequent question. So 11 days doesn't seem excessive but I encourage you to do some reading if you want to learn more.
 
I was told by an ROTC Army Career Counselor that I need to do a DODMERB exam. I understand you have to schedule through DODMETS. I am having trouble trying to access the DODMETS website. I have tried multiple browsers and have also tried the last few days. Is anyone else having this issue? I am new to this process.
