Does a late medical qualification (mid March) affect my chances of being appointed?

I am an applicant for USMA Class of 2024. Earlier this winter, I received a letter notifying me that I was qualified in both academic and physical aptitude and I have two nominations from my MOC. Unfortunately, I experienced delays in the medical process and was not deemed medically qualified until earlier this week (March 17). Will this negatively affect my chances of being appointed? Thank you all for any insight you can offer.

No
But to be on the safe side, comply with the FAST sticky under the DoDMERB tab and ensure you tell me what state you're from :)

@MullenLE
I am a candidate for the US Air Force Academy Class 2024. My application status states Complete but medically disqualified. On 12/2719, I received a single disqualification for D227.10.
Will this mean I will never have a chance to be appointed. In USAFA? I am a candidate from Guam. I have also applied for Army ROTC going on the 3rd Board. What are my chances of getting a medical waiver approved with my disqualification code?
Appreciate your advise.

No.

Q = "What are my chances .....?)
A = Go to the DoDMERB website. Hit "Questions about the Process." READ PARAGRAPH 18. Then read 11-21

If I was able to answer "What are my chances type questions?" - I'd be in Vegas not working for the government OR working for POTUS' COIVD-19 Task Force:band:
