Does USNA application information transfer to NROTC?

I was told that after completing application for USNA, much of the information would already be filled in for me for the NROTC application. This does not seemed to have have happened automatically. Will I need to fill all of the information in by hand again or is there a way to request that my application information be "transferred" from USNA?

No, I don't think anything transferred over for my daughter either. She just finished her NROTC officer interview. Everything, including the application, recommendations, etc. had to be redone.

I was wondering if the info may transfer the other way- I completed my NROTC app and interview last month, and last week the local BGO called me to set up an interview for USNA. I only did the pre app for the Academy so I thought it was kinda weird.
