Dotmets to Dodmerb

DD found out yesterday that her Dodmerb process is incomplete. Unbeknownst to her, she has two outstanding pieces of paperwork to submit. One is an allergy form and one is a simple AMI question for her. After her exams were done she thought the process was over as she didn't hear anything further from Dotmets or Dodmerb.

Apparently, the Dodbmerb request for more information was issued two months ago. Did she miss an email from Dodmerb? How does Dodmerb go about informing kids about such things?
 
1. MOM/DAD: Google "DoDMERB;" Hit "Questions on the process;" Read paragraph #4.

2. DD is supposed to track her progress on https://dodmerb.tircare.osd.mil and her Academy portal.:wiggle:
