Double nomination and wondering

Hi everybody!

I just received word last week that I had received a nomination from my NC senator to USNA. Earlier, end of December, I had received a nomination from my NC congressman as well. I'm medically qualified from DODMERB, physically qualified seeing as I passed my CFA back at Summer Seminar, and my BGO has long felt that the Academy should have no trouble deeming me academically qualified. My interviews have gone so well (including my NROTC one) and I really just want to hear back! Anyone have any idea when I might get that letter either way? It's killing me.

Several people were notified of appointments this past Friday by email from USNA or calls from MOC. Do you know if your MOC calls if a candidate receives an appointment. I only had a completed file on 1/19, and received the call from MOC on 1/22 telling me I was in, even though I didn't get an email notification from USNA Admissions. Apparently BFE's come a few days after the portal updates.

I really just want to hear back! Anyone have any idea when I might get that letter either way? It's killing me.

The overwhelming majority will hear between now and late March. As the poet said "anything worth having, is worth waiting for".
