Doubletree R-Day accommodations

I'm a new incoming cadet (2025). I'm going alone, so I'll be staying at the Doubletree which West Point has accommodations for. For any current cadets or new cadets also staying there, are we required to first pay out-of-pocket for the accommodation?

I'm just confused since the government funded airline ticket seems to be already paid for by the gov, but the hotel accommodations don't seem to be.
