DQ reversal?

I received a DQ for shoulder surgery to repair a small labrum tear, due to a baseball injury. The surgery was 6 months ago, I received a full/complete & no limitations release from the surgeon; and have begun the baseball season as a varsity starter. I submitted my release form to my DoDMERB contact.
My question is, can DoDMERB reverse my DQ since I am healthy, strong and back to 100%?
I’ve read through the process regarding waivers on the DoDMERB website, but was wondering if the DQ can be reversed then I wouldn’t have to wait on a waiver?

Regrettably no. It is the “history of.” The waiver authorities want to ensure that their investment , e.g. you, is really good to go.
 
Ok, thank you. I wasn’t sure if it was already being considered by the waiver authority since my portal says ‘Under Waiver Review’, and hoped the final surgeon release was taken into consideration?
