This is my first time posting to a thread and I felt it was finally necessary as I have been continuously trying to figure out how to reach my assigned DoDMERB technician and have a little bit of trouble understanding the waiver process.
First, for the past few weeks, I have called my assigned technician four times and emailed her now four times as well, all with no response. I am unsure who else to reach out to as I need her to respond regarding my AMI(s) requested. I understand that I am most likely not the only one and that especially now the people at DoDMERB are under an immense amount of stress, but I would at least appreciate some acknowledgment of my case as it is the one barrier I am facing from reaching the SA of my dream.
Next, with the waiver process, once your AMI(s) are accepted and marked complete by DoDMERB, is that when you receive the necessary paperwork to request a waiver from your SA, your respective academy either grants or declines it, and then it is squared away? Or is there a part of the process that I am neglecting to take into account?
Lastly, thank you in advance for any help that can be offered.
