I applied to USMA, and was disqualified. The reason was a history of a mood disorder. However, we believe that this was a faulty diagnosis to begin with. Will this disqualification hurts my chances of obtaining an ROTC scholarship or commission? Also, is there anyway to correct the original diagnosis or void it?

You may send to DoDMERB whatever documentation you want considered that would indicate there was a false diagnosis.
For this issue, you will receive the same status for ROTC.
Waivers, are considered independent from DoDMERB by the respective Academies and ROTC programs.:thumb:
