Dropping ROTC at semester- will scholarship cover it?

Great info, my youngest is still worried about AFROTC and D3 Football time issues. This might get him to not worry about his commitment.

I just saw “incite.” “Incur” was the victim of pesky auto-complete. That’s a funny one. Inciting service…
