The SF-86 was attached to an email sent to you by the West Point security office. It was ONLY to be used for you to gather information, e.g. reference addresses, emails, telephone #'s, and write it down thereon, for later use in completing the EQIP.
The Security Office at WP does NOT want you to mail or email them a copy of the SF-86 that you completed by hand. They go solely off the EQIP that is completed online.
I repeat again. The SF-86 was just to help you gather data so you would have it readily available when completing EQIP.
If you have completed the EQIP online, then there was a step at the end, after certification, where you could print out the information you submitted.
If I understand the process correctly, you only need to send the Signature Forms (Release Authorizations) and the Fingerprint Cards to West Point. And they prefer the signature forms to be scanned PDF and emailed to them.
Clear as mud?
