All Admissions Officers SHOULD be calling all of their applicants that received appointments. I believe they may be coming up to the last group of early action selections, so all appointments for early action would not have been notified yet.

Per the USCGA website for Early Action, "...you will receive our admissions decision no later than December 24.", so if you have not heard yet you should hear within the next 5 days.

It can happen. Depends on how busy they are.

If you don’t get selected or waitlisted during EA can you still apply normal action or are you done?

Candidate is done for class year once they get their EA rejection. Would have to reapply for the following class year post next summer/fall - and if a freshman in college, re-application would be part of RA instead of EA.
