Usually USCGA allows two weeks past the EA application deadline for all recommendations, test scores, etc... to be submitted. The application will have a spot that she will enter the names and email addresses of those who are writing recommendations and administering the PFE. Those people will then receive an email with instructions on how to submit that information for his application.Good Evening.
