If I don’t receive a packet by May 15th what does that mean? Am I not eligible to apply to the academy? I went to a CVW and have received messages from the academy so they know I am interested, however I also understand that not all who are interested get to apply. I’m also not entirely sure where I got the 15th from, I might just be confusing it with another deadline.

I’m pretty sure you got the “15th” confused with April 15, which is the date USNA tries to notify all applicants of their status.
