Electric Razor at CGA?

are electric razors used and permitted at CGA? Need to return a Christmas present--if not. Any other traditional college student kids to avoid for CGA?

Electric razors are fine during the school year but not swab summer. You can bring an electric razor to R-Day/Day 1 but it will be taken by the cadre (like cell phones and other unnecessary electronics) and returned after swab summer. Rooms are relatively spartan at CGA (by design) and luxuries such as coffee makers, video games consoles, speakers, and etc are not allowed for 4/c cadets (freshmen). There is a packing list sent out by CGA to all incoming swabs of what to pack. Only bring those things and nothing more. More stuff can be sent to your cadet during the school year. Also after swab summer, each new 4/c cadet is sent the cadet regulations which detail items a cadet can and cannot have at the academy.
