If anyone has any information as to the NROTC scholarship (USMC Option) and regarding qualifications and giving a close possibility to my chances:
Grade: Junior in High School
GPA: 3.6 on a 4.0 scale
Class Rank: 15/135 students
SAT/ACT: 1425 on SAT. Haven't taken ACT yet.
ASVAB: Taking it in the spring
Experience: AJROTC-1 year and NJROTC-1 year, planning on taking it in my Senior year. Have leadership positions such as squad leader and platoon leader.
Physical Fitness Test: Push-ups: 65 in 2 minutes; Curl-Ups: 70 in 2 minutes; 3-Mile Run: 24 min. 23 Sec.; Pull-Ups: 12 continuous
I plan to go to Embry-Riddle (ERAU) and get a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Science and become a rotary wing pilot in the Marine Corp.
Just if anyone would let me know how or where would qualify and some paths to becoming a rotary wing pilot in the USMC through a NROTC Scholarship.
Thank you,
