Dear SLE 2020 Participants,
Good morning. If you are receiving this email I am tracking you as either offered admissions to SLE 2020, Accepted-in-Progress for SLE 2020, or Accepted to attend SLE 2020. I just wanted to let you know that given the current COVID-19 situation, the status of SLE is still up in the air. As of now, the sessions are still a go for May 30th thru June 12th, but that could change. Right now, the change could mean a shift of the sessions to later in the Summer, or a complete cancellation of the 2020 program. I expect to receive updated guidance by April 15th, but if I hear sooner, I will immediately update you. In the unfortunate event that SLE is cancelled, you can expect to receive a refund of your fee. The refund would also apply if the session dates shift and you could no longer attend. Again, we are not there yet, but I just wanted to address a frequent question. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day, and best wishes to you and your families in these very trying times.
