Employer Evaluation Part 2

So, I gave my manager form 5-518 and he said my employer can't "legally" provide an evaluation to anyone except me and my parents.

How exactly do I go about this? I know I have to have that form filled out since I worked during school days.

Did you explain why you need it? That it’s not a reference for a job, but rather more of a confirming what you stated in your application to school? That it’s a required piece for you to attend West Point? Perhaps with further explanation they will accommodate your request.

If not, check with your advisor/point person how to proceed. They would know what to do.

DS's employer gave it to him to upload (or do whatever with it), so technically the employer is providing it to you.

As an aside, if the employer is not interested in doing this task, don't push it. You may not get the type of evaluation you want.
