End of Camp Commissioning Question

Hoping that a current PMS can answer this question. Has there been any change to EOCC timelines? DS will be an EOCC and has been told by his PMS that he would commission in Sept following his graduation from Advanced Camp. DS and I actively follow a couple of ROTC related forums and there's a thread on Reddit where multiple people (claiming to be current cadets) are stating that their PMS have told them that all EOCC's will be commissioned in December. Does anyone know what the real story is? Thanks in advance.

Ask current PMS. I believe as long as their school work is completed and they complete Advance Camp they get commissioned at the end of Summer. But I am only going by what I have heard from DS.
