Envelopes??

My DD accepted her appointment approx March 15, and we have been working on the information required; however, we have not received the envelopes as described in the Instructions. Has anyone else received these? These are the envelopes to send the police report, authorization, etc.

the "instructions for candidates offered admission" has an address for fingerprints to mail to eqip. i suppose your local police will have finger print cards, just need front and back, two sets......the certific of authorization can be mailed to wp admissions, i believe the address is the same as listed on the final transcript form. the police record check form has the address on the form....i assume mailing without official envelope is ok, make copies before sending...we mailed some forms without official envelopes.....

My son is going to USMAPS....same paperwork and we had to call about the envelopes. We finally received them today and he had accepted his appointment 3 weeks ago. We were told sometimes things get overlooked and it was a good idea to call and follow up.

My DS accepted several weeks ago and still didn't receive envelopes. No biggie on some of the items needing mailed as a simple envelope and stamp suffices. But dental X rays, for instance, are supposed to be mailed in a radiograph- safe envelope. I called admissions at 845-938-5724 and they said they would get a packet with envelopes out right away. Apparently they missed some packets earlier.
