Error on page 1 of 4 #30

I got an email from the civteam saying, "there is an Error on the application on page 1 of 4 #30 was not answer can you call the doctor’s office because apparently that question needs to specify who deferred to answer. If it was you the doctor needs to note that on the application so we can close the case and send up for processing. If it was an error and it was missed, you would need to contact the office for the doctor to notate a response for #30. Also, I talked to the PSR at the office and she mention you would know why it was not answered and doctor who did the exam will not be in till Friday."

#30 is asking about Anus and rectum and is marked NE. Is it necessary to be marked otherwise? Asking for any advice or help.
