Hello,
I have been medically disqualified because of "history of esophageal dysmotility disorders". I'm a little confused on what this specific disqualifying code entails so I would appreciate if anyone who has any experience with this could provide some answers. Is this code referring to conditions of the esophagus that make it difficult for people to swallow? Additionally, what needs to be shown in order for a medical waiver to be granted for this condition? Thank you!

To answer your first question I quickly googled "esophageal dysmotility disorder" and found this
Esophageal motility disorder, or esophageal dysmotility, is a condition where the muscles in your esophagus fail to contract and the esophagus does not properly deliver food and liquids into your stomach.

I'll leave the second question to the experts.
