I'm an ex-cadet of 50 years and still suffering from PTSD and looking for real support, not horror stories or BS. I have my own story and uncertainty has managed much of my life. Is there help out there? It's a real need,still, in my day to day life; I can't shake it off. Speaking with my TAC, and the Chaplain gave me nothing. While I'm proud of my 14 months I'm somehow deeply burdened. It's as if I have need for an AA for ex-cadets or very specific counseling,not just "advice". Are there any resources?
