Exchange program

while i can't speak definitively or authoritatively on this, my guess is no.

my reasoning is as follows:

Sandhurst is not a college, it's strictly a military training facility. as such, an exchange program with USMA would be awkward, since they're not really the same sort of place.

West Point does have an exchange program with Sandhurst during the summer. I believe about 15-20 cadets are selected each year.

The Sandhurst exchange is a 20-day event. It incorporates a wide range of events, physical fitness, and military skills that introduces Cadets to British practices and customs during their time there. There is also time set aside to see the city of London (Sandhurst is a relatively short distance from London).

The culminating event occurs during the last 10 days when the Cadets participate in the final field exercise for the graduating British cadets.

The year our son participated, he and the British Cadets flew from England to Western Canada to do military exercises. The prior year the group went to France.

Our son loved the program.
