Eye Correction offered?

Hey guys,

So after obtaining an LOA, I started to seriously look into post graduation careers. I was just wondering if USMMA offered eye correction like the other service academies (ex. USAFA) for midshipmen who want to go active duty or sail.

Short answer, no. Use search tab and there are plenty of discussions regarding refractive surgery. But if you just dig in and start reading the subject comes up frequently. I think one in particular is under a band discussion! Lol. Also hit the DODMERB thread and look under posts by KP2001. He is the best source for most general medical info and a grad.
