Eye Sight?

Well, I just got my eye sight checked by a professional eye doctor. I have 20/25 for my left eye, and 20/20 for my right eye. Together they equal 20/20. My left eye can be corrected to 20/20. My distance vision gets slightly blurred if I cover my right eye. Would I have to wear those ugly glasses during a SA's Basic? The eye doctor only recommended glasses if I needed to see far, like driving.
