Is it typical that this late in the semester for the cadet to not have their tuition and book stipend paid out yet? Stipend has been happening but the rest have not been paid.

He should speak to his cadre to ensure what ever it is gets fixed. Nevertheless it is often paid late in the semester, although I don't really know how late.

Agree with @kinnem on the timing. Has your cadet completed all of the requirements for contracting (Physical Fitness Test)?

My son has not received his book allowance yet either. As for paying the tuition I don't know. The school takes an IOU from Army and stops sending notices out to the cadets that have scholarships.

In my DD's case (NROTC) for the past 3 years, fall semester fees and tuition were paid in January. Book stipends arrived in mid-October.

He did just get his book stipend a couple of days ago so I know something is moving through the system.
