File closed due to failure to submit required information

Should I email my RC, or my FFR about this because I had all the required information in my file except the official interview and I was in the dodmerb process. I have my medical done and I am going in for my optical tomorrow, so I don’t know what I should do here. Could this be an error?
 
I’d go no matter what. DODMERB is good for 2 years so you won’t have to do it again if you reapply. About a third of the class will be reapplicants

Well that’s good to know, thanks I emailed my RC and FFR about this, I’m just curious why my file would be closed if I had submitted everything.
 
Sorry to say, although it says info is missing, it means your file did not have enough points to move on in the process. Go to plan B. Seems like its a very competitive year.

Check one of my recent posts. Same thing happened to me which that letter of not submitting info is actually an error. About a day later I received just a regular USMA rejection letter.
