Definitely on the newer side, and across the Severn River from USNA Yard at NSA Annapolis. Usual rules apply - active duty can make reservations X days out, other eligible can make reservations less than X days out. Once DD/DS is a plebe, they can book for you when the active duty window opens - but no access to computers to do that until end of PS. Phone booking is a possibility, either through phone browser or phone call. The NL is used to talking to mids.

Similar rules apply here as well....can do online and about a month in advance. Very convenient digs and access to everything on the Yard...have stayed a couple of times and... very nice for the price. (I should use that in a promotional slogan for them)
