I have received an arotc scholarship, and I was wondering if I still should apply for financial aid and if my parents should still submit the fafsa

Yes. The ROTC scholarship does not cover everything. Many non-needs based scholarships require the FAFSA for qualification. It's free, fill it out.

Yes, you should fill it out. Even if it only qualifies you for student loans (unsubsidized are about virtually guaranteed, subsidized at a lower income level), those are then available in the event something happens to your family's income stream during the year.

Some scholarships from some schools and some organizations allow you to put the money towards room and board which AROTC scholarship doesn't cover.

also, you never know what might happen during the year... change of mind towards ROTC or DODMERB issues.

yes, and make sure to fill it out prior to the deadline, so if you need to apply for financial aid, the information will already be processed and in the financial aid office of your university.
