Anyone know if a cadet is placed into a "strategic foreign language" but the professor doesn't feel they demonstrate a proficiency to continue in that language (C-) and thus signs a waiver for the cadet's language requirement (leaving 3 semesters not taken), will that have a negative impact later on? or is it a non-issue?
