just for refrence, should of i applied for ems scholarships through rotc? could of i applied them if i were to have been offered the scholarship?

BobSanderz - might want to post an updated question on ROTC thread. I am assuming ECP as early commissioning program. As I understand it, ECP scholarship is different from ROTC scholarship. Some major differences are ECP is for two years at selected junior military college whereas ROTC is any college with ROTC program; with ECP after two years you are commissioned as 2LT but still need to get your Bachelors degree
