Parents seem to ask often about gift ideas. This is a perfect stocking stuffer for the cadet in your life.

PALights are something I've used for years with NVGs in a variety of situations. They last FOREVER. When the light isn't "on" it is always on with a very dim glow. Extremely useful. I like to carry a red one for preflight/postflight and various other tactical situations, and a green one for NVG situations (writing in the cockpit, map reading, etc.).
