Good gouge... I tell all of my candidates that Plebe Summer (at USNA, but this probably applies to all Service Academies) consists of two "games", the physical and the mental. If you are physically prepared , the mental game is a lot easier. You will be challenged, no matter how good of shape you are in...but you have more control when simple physical fitness isn't a factor.
