I am a SE Cadet Candidate for USMA 2028. (2Q + 4 noms)

Context:
I was DQ’d, and USMA requested a waiver, then I was later called by my RC that Keller Army Hospital was not going to pursue a waiver —due to a “failed” oral allergy test (the threshold for a pass for this doctor was ridiculously high and I very stupidly thought that a mix of peanut powder and applesauce would be easier than peanut butter, threw up due to the taste of it and that was considered a fail ), however I was given the opportunity to appeal this denial. I took it, went to the doctor, passed an oral food challenge (ate peanut m&ms this time, no reaction) and received a letter in which the first line was basically “He does not have a food allergy, therefore he should not be required to avoid the food nor carry an epi pen”

Question:
Ever since I submitted all of the new information, it has been radio silent. All I have heard was that the strict April 15th deadline does NOT apply to my unique case. Does having that exception mean anything or am I just speculating?
