Got E-Ticket Travel Plans- wrong date

We just got our E-tickets from the AFA and they
have him flying in on June 29th from San Diego
I emailed the transportation assistant ( whose name was
on the letter ) and I thought of just contacting
the travel agencies directly- Any suggestions
from you pros ?
I think you did the right thing by contacting the assistant at the Academy. I would wait to hear from them before I would contact the travel agency directly. I am sure the transportation assistant will contact them to correct the mistake. If you don't hear back in a day or two, then I would try to call.

Our son just got his ticket info yesterday, too, so I am sure there are a bunch of them in the mail. There are bound to be a few problems, but I am sure they will get them fixed.
They were right on top of it and it has been corrected via one email.
We already have the e-ticket for a flight on the 27th, so he will be there
with the rest of the class. I was trying to convince him that missing the bus ride would not be a bad idea, but he wouldn't buy it , LOL.....
I'm very impressed with how quickly it was handled.
