I am filling out online application and I am about to list my GPA.

In early September, my GPA will be updated from 3.77 to 3.81 due to errors on my second semester transcript (11th) and summer school classes.

Should I wait till early-mid September to apply to Air Force Academy or will my transcript trump the initial pre-candidate questionnaire.

In my opinion a .04 increase in GPA will have no effect on your application so I would submit the application as soon as you are ready. Your transcript will be submitted by your guidance counselor later on anyway.
