Greetings! Waiting Sucks!

So if I was "3Q" after the admission file was closed and the first wave went out, will I still get correspondence if my application is "3Q" or will I just wait for the appointment if that happens?

Imo, no. Either MOC doesn’t use Principal method. Or they do and you aren’t a Principal nom. Or they tell you they don’t disclose their method. Or they say yes.

What will you do with the info? Nothing. If you are to receive an appointment, it will come soon enough. Practice patience. It’s a good skill to hone!!

Depends on how your RC does things. I think you are in TN which I think is the SE region. My DS is in TX, so a different RC. He did receive a 3Q letter in advance of his appointment but my understanding is that not all RCs follow the same MO.

DD finally got her 3Q letter updated in portal and she has a principle nomination, how much longer does anyone think? This is supposed to teach patience lol

No way of knowing. She is in a great spot with principal nom and 3Q. She should be tending alternate plans, enjoying family and friends in her last few months at home, getting out to PT for stress relief and to build endurance.

I just received a 3Q today and I'm hoping that means there might be good news to come in the next few months. I'm a re-applicant this year and I have my fingers crossed to be a member of the class of 2024 (or 2025 if this year doesn't work out)!

Where do you see the 3Q letter? Is it under official correspondence?
 
Anyone have any clue if there is a general time of day the portal updates go out?
 
Waiting sucks even more when no one will even respond to your emails or calls. Ugh. I know that we should just have it in our heads that we will know something by April 15 but it’s really hard.
