Grounds for Disqualification?

I just had my medical exam, and I put "yes" for the following

Severe, Frequent, or Migraine Headaches (only get migraines when I run long distance when dehydrated or when I swallow a lot of pool water (only happened once))

Motion Sickness (roller coaster only, additionally, only happens if I eat prior to boarding)

Ear, Nose, or Throat Problems (I had a tube placed in my ears when I was six to drain fluid out, haven't ever had any problems since)

Black or Bloody Stool (I recently had black stool because I was constipated)

Orthodontics (braces and permanent retainer)

Recent loss or gain of weight (happens to everybody)

Are any of the above grounds for dismissal? Also, I think I have a stomach ulcer... I am not sure what to do, as I did not have these symptoms at the time I filled out my forms. What should I do?

Thanks

First, I commend you for being honest on your form. I'm not an expert, but I suspect that unless you have a documented history of any of these supposed maladies then they won't be a problem. The migraine issue you mention actually sounds more like heat exhaustion than migraine. Also, if you think you have an ulcer then you need to see your family physician pronto. Call tomorrow to make an appointment, as this can be a very serious medical issue.
