On Friday June 17th, I received an email from CI Travel with my E-ticket Receipt and Itinerary for my flight on Wednesday morning. In the email, it stated that I would receive my E-tickets 3 business days prior to my departure. However, it is currently Monday June 20th and I still have not received my E-tickets. Has anyone received their E-ticket yet?

You should be able to check in online and print out the boarding pass 24 hours before your flight. I also have not received anything other than the itinerary, but the United website says everything is good.

It seems a little silly because last minute flights are always way more expensive, but the government ALWAYS does that. Get used to getting tickets the day or two before travel.

Ummm, the government uses government rates. Not what regular people pay.

Long Runner, if you have your record locator number (6-digit combo of numbers/letters) then you should be able to pull up your reservation on the assigned airline's website. Best of luck to you this summer!

Yes, though I've never been impressed with the prices I've ever seen when I've got the receipts for my government airline tickets.

The email on friday is the 3 day ticket thing. Generally you cannot print your actual ticket/boarding pass with airlines more than 24 hours out. So tomorrow morning I would login to whatever airline website they have you booked on by using the airline booking reference number from your friday email (note that there are two different numbers, the one from your CI travel named “record ******” and the one called airline booking reference, you want this one) and your first and last name to pull up the reservation and checkin/get your boarding pass.
