Just had a quick question that I would like to put out there regarding headache disqualification.
I have had about 2 headaches per year in the past 3 years. However, recently, they have stopped occurring. I have not had one for 11 months now. Unfortunately, I went in to the doctor 8 months ago and they prescribed me Frova, which I have not used, as I haven't had a headache in the past year.
DoDMERB's disqualifying code is D211.40 and it is described as "History of headaches disrupting normal activities or requiring prescription medications more than twice per year in the past 2 years."
Would my situation call for disqualification? And if so, would it be a case possibly for a waiver?
