Height requirement

I read that there is a height requirement, but can I get a waiver for that or am i a lost cause? I'm just half an inch than the requirement. i'm female, btw.
 
I am also a half inch or so below the minimum height requirement. Shortly after I received my BFE from USNA I received a letter stating that I was given a waiver for my height. However, it also specifically stated that this waiver is not a waiver for getting into the aviation community. So I will have to cross that bridge when I get there if I decide to go aviation.
