Don't know where else to turn! DS was requested to re-take the CFA with a deadline of 25Nov. He took it yesterday, 22Nov. It was administered by a PE instructor at his high school. We checked the portal before we went to bed last night and the CFA had not been submitted yet. We weren't concerned until the website went down. We've been checking the portal all day here on the east coast and now that it's finally up, his CFA is not shown! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. There is no school on Friday, DS's deadline, and we have no way to contact this PE instructor because our only contact is through the school. Tried calling USAFA and there is no answer...anyone have any suggestions?

Have you contacted DS's ALO?
Thanks Superior rocks, we had emails written to ALO, admissions counselor, anyone we could think of. Then, DS thinking outside the box, used a friend of a friend of a friend who was the son of a former coach who used to coach with this gentleman. He called his dad and we were able to get an address (phone number didn't work). DS and DH went over and knocked on the door. Thankfully, he was there, said he hadn't been able to upload the results all day and was getting ready to travel home for the holiday. Pulled out his laptop and entered the results. Whew. Sorry for the panic alert everyone...we were at a loss...

Portal is sometimes not up to date. Send an email to the Admissions Office and let them know he submitted it prior to the deadline.
