Help with Plebe's mattress....

We would like to send a memory foam mattress pad to our DS.... he said this is allowed. Can anyone help with the size? Are they jiat TWIN mattresses or TWIN XL?

I know when my DS went to Summer Seminar they had the sheet size to bring listed as twin xl
