Is this what the DoDMERB portal of a candidate waiting for a waiver request should look like. Not sure why it still says the AMIS when we have already sent them in.

Yes, it all looks exactly like mine (also waiting on a waiver). The AMIs stay there, it's a history of your process for DoDMERB approval for each academy. It'll update with a green box around it saying "Waiver Granted", if it hopefully is granted.
