High Blood Pressure

I just had my physical yesterday, and I think I suffered from a bad case of white coat hypertension. The clinic I went to measured my blood pressure 3 times, with a range of 144-156 and 70-90. As someone physically active and no health problems, this was very surprising to me so when I went home and had time to relax I checked it myself and got 133/72. 5 minutes later I got 126/65. Today once I woke up I also checked and got 128/67. Is there a way to travel to my local clinic( the one I was assigned was 2 hours away) and have them check my blood pressure and preemptively send those to DoDMERB instead of waiting for them to DQ me or request a remedial?

Did they let you sit quietly in a room alone for five or so minutes and then retake it or just do three measurements in a row?

They took two rapidly then let me to another room and took it again after a couple of minutes using an oversized sleeve. Waited a bit more for one final reading. They kept switching the arm they would measure it on as well.
