A typical Navy family which has survived numerous moves and deployments, Capt. Margaret D. Klein and her husband, retired Navy Cmdr. Frank Klein, finally have a home in which they can spread out.

Last January, the Klein family, which includes a teen-age daughter and college-age son, was assigned to the stately seven-bedroom, seven-fireplace, seven-bathroom Commandant's house on the Naval Academy grounds. Capt. Klein, a graduate of the Class of 1981, was recently appointed Commandant of Midshipmen, the first woman to hold that position. With the move to Annapolis, Cmdr. Klein was asked to join the academy faculty as physics instructor....

Capt. Margaret “Peg” Klein, the new Commandant at the Naval Academy, and her husband, retired Navy Cmdr. Frank Klein, enjoy the porch which has been enclosed to form a sunroom. Cmdr. Klein is a physics instructor at the academy.

GA you got too much time on your hands...ha ha jk:wink:

CGA beat USNA to the punch appointing a woman as commandant last year, Capt. Judith Keene. I think she gets one of the houses on the hill at the CGA.
