Honors vs. AP/College Credit

The school that I will be attending next year in high school offers many honors classes, however, there are only a few actual AP classes offered at the school. I plan to take at least 3-4 honors classes per year and also about 2 AP classes total. These will be the hardest classes the school has to offer, so I was wondering if the academies will view honors classes as less than AP and college credit, or if taking the hardest classes the school offers is enough.
