How Are You Notified of Assigned Physicians?

Hello. I think I may be confused about the DoDMERB procedure. Although my application has been half-completed for a month, I was never sent an auto-generated email from DoDMERB. Today, rather than wait any longer, I manually created a DoDMERB account. Reviewing the DoDMERB instructions once more, I understand that I am to be assigned medical professionals and arrange an appointment with them.
Hoping to avoid the mistake of sitting idle another month, how or when is a candidate contacted about their allotted medical physicians?

I am not an expert but my daughters info was downloaded by USNA to DODMERB and that triggered the email from DODMERB to her to set up the account, complete the medical history and set up appointments. I am sure Mr. Mullen can help you and will see this post. Best of luck to you!

Once your packet is downloaded to dodmets- You will receive an email from Dodmets. Check your spam folder as this email often gets caught in spam folders. Once you log in to Dodmets, it will walk you through the process
