PFE is just one factor of many considered by CGA. Obviously a bad PFE score (such as 130) would probably negatively impact a candidate but once you get close to 200 and above, it seems to be more about what else the candidate brings to the CGA - meaning that someone with a 200 PFE may get an appointment over someone with a 250 PFE because they bring a quality/talent/sport to the CGA that is desired or needed.
CGA gets lots of qualified applicants every year and unfortunately cannot take them all so applicants should seek to do the best they can and submit their strongest application across all factors and not focus on one.
